At Built True Apparel, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return. We'll review your request and provide next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover return shipping. For other returns (e.g., size exchanges, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
