At Built True Apparel, every order is made with care. Many of our products are printed specifically for you after your order is placed, allowing us to offer premium-quality apparel while reducing waste.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
- Custom or personalized items may require additional production time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Built True Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to update it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier first.
- If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll work quickly to make it right by sending a replacement or providing another appropriate solution.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
